« Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too...

There is an optional buffet breakfast for $9.99 per person but we didn’t eat it. The lady at the front desk didn’t tell us about this breakfast so that is why I didn’t give her an excellent rating. We would definitely stay here again. »
