Close to multiple Yarmouth beaches (.2 miles to Thachers Beach, .2 to Sea View Beach and .4 to Parker River Beach) and RT 28 and all of the restaurants and entertaining there, you will have no shortage of summer time fun awaiting you. Spend your days relaxing in the sun and surf! Come home and rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading out for a round of mini-golf and dinner. Don't forget to try Capt. Parker's and their award winning clam chowder!
The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps up to 9 people in beds. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a full bed and bedroom three has 5 single beds in bunk formation. There are three ductless ac units: 1 in the living room, 1 in the sitting room and 1 in the queen bedroom.
Tenants supply their own linens. No pets, please. Two week minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat. only. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
