'Het hotel is nog vrij nieuw en dus viel hetgeen we in dit hotel meemaakten ons dan ook erg tegen. Het begon al dat op onze badkamervloer diverse lange zwarte haren lagen. Omdat we wisten dat het hotel compleet vol geboekt was, hebben we niet om een nieuwe kamer gevraagd maar de haren zelf met toiletpapier verwijderd. Verder was de kamer namelijk prima in orde en (leek) schoon. In de ochtend werden we echter verrast door een grote kakkerlak in onze badkamer. Na deze schrik de kakkerlak kunnen...

'It looked like areas of the room has just had things redone. There was dirt footprints in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. There was a $250 deposit, and when checking out, the lady at the front desk went to my room to "check" it before I could check out. My daughter and I literally only slept in the room for one night. I don't think we will be back just because of the $250 deposit. '

'Very pleasant staff. If you want more of a variety for food ,there are 2 very nice restaurants within walking distance. There was virtually no noise a night. All and all it was a very ,very good stay!'

'Super clean, well decorated, spacious. Such a well thought out and planned layout. Gives a 5 star hotel vibes. The place smells great, loved the bed placement facing the windows. The bedding was comfortable too. We all slept well. Just bring conditioner, they have the rest int their refilling pumps in the shower. All the art exhibits are beautiful. Loved the dog treats. Breakfast choice and the Coffee was excellent. I can go on and on. Would highly recommend this place.'

'The Baer House exceeded our expectations. It was furnished with so many unique 1800’s pieces. The breakfast was delicious. Latonya was a wonderful hostess. She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the house and the furnishings.'

'The first room we got the sheets weren't clean. They were stained and had hair on them. I have pictures, went down to the front desk and the lady gave us another room which also had hair on the bed and toenails on the floor. Unfortunately we were so tired we gave up and just stuck with that room. There was no hand soap either. I've stayed at spark hotels before in other states. This is by far the worst spark hotel I've ever been at all the other ones were clean with good customer service. Super...

'There for a short weekend. The hotel was exceptional. It was immaculate and staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel due to proximity to airport and the overall amenities of the property. '
