Summary:

A beautiful countryside home, ideal for families or couples, with a unique view of the Pagasetic Gulf.

Located in the traditional and preserved settlement of Milies, Pelion, just a 10-minute walk from the village’s central square and 1 minute from the traditional bakery.



The Space:

The house features a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a single bed, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the sofa in the living room can accommodate one additional guest (mattress size: 180 x 60 cm), which is perfect for a child.



For your comfort, the house offers central heating, as well as a Smart TV with paid channels available free of charge.



Step outside to enjoy the spacious patio and private balcony, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine.



Pets are welcome, so you don’t have to leave your beloved companion behind. They’re part of the experience too! Only one pet is allowed, and there is an extra fee.



We love hosting guests who want to truly experience Pelio and take their time exploring the area. That’s why we offer a special discount for stays of 7 nights or more.

Please note that check-in cannot be completed unless the pre check-in form is submitted, including a photo of your ID or passport.

For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the entrance of the property.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is peaceful, and the house is very close to the village center.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is self-service from 3:00 p.m. onwards, without the host present. I will be available every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
