The condo is conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island. It is walking distance to many of SPI's main attractions like the beach which is a brisk 2-3 minute walk; restaurants are also near by including Wing Stop, The Meatball Cafe, D Pizza Joint, Dairy Queen, and entertainment venues like Louie’s Backyard and Tequila Sunset. Enjoy the perfect unobstructed view of the fireworks display on the 4th of July and summer weekends.

Enjoyed our stay!
When we arrived, everything was nice and clean. Perfect location whether you are wanting to go walk to the beach or down to the shops or restaurants. They provided some chairs and mats along with some buckets to take down to the beach (very much appreciated).

Really great stay!
Everything was just as described in the listing!! It was a 5-minute walk to the beach which was great. The place itself was well kept and clean. The full case of bottled water in the fridge was very much appreciated!!!! We were also so happy to find some chairs, mats and a cooler for us to use at the beach. Having a washer/dryer and laundry detergent was wonderful. And we were able to walk to The Meatball Cafe for dinner one night, which was very good.
Two things of note that had a very minor impact on our stay. I don't recall reading that this was a second floor condo. We would absolutely still book and stay here, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time for packing purposes. Secondly, there was some construction going on across the street so there were a lot of workers in and out of that area. A heads up on that would be nice too, for safety reasons (this trip was a mom and 2 teen girls).
We would definitely stay here again!!

PERFECT Getaway
This was my first VRBO experience & everything was perfect! My family fit comfortably and enjoyed the space. It was very clean and the host answered any questions I had right away. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The washer & dryer was a plus! All cookware was provided & I was able to cook dinner. :) Can’t wait to go back!

More than what we expected (in a good way)
We’ve stayed in a few other rental properties and this one by far was one of the better ones. The condo itself is very nice with great taste in features and accents. Smarts TVs throughout the place with us being Netflix addicts that was a plus! Kitchen and restroom were stocked with the littles things another plus. The pool was nice a little small but still enjoyable. Location was great only a block and half to the public beach access. Hands down if you’re looking for a nice condo close to the beach this is your place.
