Top Floor Penthouse Condo on the Beach with Awesome Ocean View

This top floor condo offers a ocean front balcony giving you great sunrises. It also offers a bay side patio that's high enough to see over the island and watch breath taking sunsets.

Because it's a penthouse if offers special features. With vaulted ceilings in the master and living room leading to a 16 foot tall ocean view wall. It offers a sense of peace and quiet with no guests staying above you. Feel free to check out the Virtual Tour:

Suntide II has two elevators to quickly get you to the top floor without the inconvenience of using stairs.

This penthouse has three flat screen TV's. The living room has a 55 INCH TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 40 INCH TV with a DVD/VCR player and the guest bedroom has a 32 INCH TV with a DVD player. We offer you a LARGE LIBRARY of DVD's. These are supplied FREE for your enjoyment. If the weather isn't cooperating during your stay, this condo is designed for your entertainment. WIFI wireless internet access is also supplied for your convenience.

It has a full kitchen with new fridge, stove, cabinets and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Sleeping accommodations for six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one queen size bed in the quest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Peaceful and Relaxing. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax, do not hesitate to choose The Top Floor Penthouse Condo.Throughout our stay, this place exceeded our expectation. It's in a great location where we felt comfortable and safe. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the cool wind while watching the sunrises and sunsets. Its a great condo that was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with all the amenities needed.The condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. The furnishings were comfortable and the view if the beach was soothing and inviting. The beach itself was very clean, and only a 2-minute walk away. The balcony chairs were comfortable and we looked forward to enjoying both the sunrise and sunset everyday. The view and the sound of the waves were calming and relaxing. Being on the 5th floor enabled us to experience a constant sea breeze, that made sitting on the porch rejuvenating. After a day in the sun, it was great to come back to an air conditioned place tWhere a good hot shower was waiting for us. There's a very nice pool and jacuzzi should you want to use it. Blackbeard's Restaurant, a popular and very good seafood restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk away, along with many other restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was breeze.If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, comfortable place to rejuvenate, do not hesitate to choose this one. It was a great value for the great time we had. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the views and sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up. The pool and hot tub were nicely heated and never very busy. The condo has everything you need and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a wonderful place with heated pool and hot tub. The codo was very clean, the ac worked great and the view was spectacular! We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and it was very convenient to all the wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. We left behind something very important and the host Terry was kind enough to mail it back to us right away. We highly recommend the Suntide II penthouse condo on the beach!

Great spot and even better host!

We made this booking almost a year in advance after visiting SPI for a work trip. Terry was very accommodating when I had to change our trip duration due to my work schedule. Further, he responded quick to my texts during our stay and we were left not wanting for anything. This property is in an amazing location right on the beach, and is within walking distance of several places to eat, drink, and shop. t was nice to sit on the porch and watch the kids play on the beach. We will be booking this exact location again in the future for our family of two adults and three teenagers.

Very clean and nice condo on top floor. Perfect location that is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Nice pool and hot tub if you need a day away from beach, which is only steps away. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others to book!

We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

This was a perfect place to enjoy S. Padre! Floor plan was excellent. Nice decor. Great balcony with awesome ocean view. Gorgeous sunrises. Suntide II isnt a huge condo complex, so you didn't have to wait long for elevator and there weren't lots of people on beach or in pool
