  • Verblijf in een van de mooiste penthouseflats aan het strand van South Padre Island. Gelegen aan Saida Royale Beach en Tennis Club, is deze gated community de belangrijkste bestemming voor SPI-vakantiegangers. De vernieuwde eenheid heeft decorateur kwaliteit meubels en miljoen dollar uitzicht op de Golf, de baai en het centrum van SPI.

    Onder de vele aangeboden voorzieningen zijn: drie zwembaden (een verwarmd in de winter), twee jacuzzi / bubbelbaden, vier tennisbanen, seizoensgebonden bar bij het zwembad en broodjeszaak, shuffleboard en prachtig aangelegde openbare ruimtes. Slechts een korte wandeling naar de vele restaurants en winkels.

    Dit penthouse-appartement bevindt zich op de 15e verdieping en heeft een privédakterras van 1.000 m², waar u kunt genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen met golf. Geweldig om te zonnebaden.

Our stay was wonderful!! We enjoyed every moment from relaxing on the rooftop balcony, swimming in the pools and walking at the beach! Our host, William, was kind, helpful and communicative. We are looking forward to returning next summer and staying here again!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this condo. The views were spectacular from the rooftop patio and the beach was right outside. We utilized the kitchen almost everyday and it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was very comfortable. I forgot an item and Bill was kind enough to promptly mail it back me. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SPI!

Main issues came from the state of the building. It was great being on the 15th floor, but not when the elevator went out. Service from the staff was different if they saw you were in a tenant owned unit. The building was under construction, the power kept going out. I wouldn’t stay at this complex again.

Everything was good. The property next door has outdoor venue with music that rattles the front door and windows till 2 am. Hope it’s only a spring break thing.

Everything about this condo was great from watching the sunrises from the downstairs balcony to the sunsets on the upstairs, huge balcony to just enjoying being able to see and hear the beach. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with.

This property is truly spectacular, especially the private rooftop patio! We sat and watched sunrise every day with the sounds of the waves and the birds. Well maintained and very nicely furnished property, comfy furniture and beds and well stocked kitchen. Even the towels are top quality, I took a picture of the tag so I can find them for my home. Fantastic host as well, you’ll fall in love with this place.

Great place to host a large family or guests. Rooftop patio is perfect for large gatherings and pool bar is awesome hanging out. Perfect access to beach.

The upper balcony and view is fantastic. They had everything we needed to enjoy our 7 day stay. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. The location was outstanding. Each morning I would walk to get coffee or breakfast. There is a walking liquor store and several restaurants in walking distance. They had all the things you would need for the beach, sand toys, chairs, umbrella. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any family.

Family vacation

We have previously stayed at a hotel in SPI , this time I chose a condo and it was definitely worth it . Condo was well stocked with supplies . Owner was very friendly and helpful , we definitely would stay again.
