One Bedroom Oceanfront Condo With Room for Six

Enjoy a luxury vacation in this one-bedroom condo that opens onto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Kids love the built-in bunk beds. You can sleep four people plus two on the sleeper sofa. The colorful decorating accents capture the fun of escaping from the humdrum to a favorite beach resort.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and toys are included for your enjoyment. Kitchen has staples like salt, pepper, cooking oil, popular spices, coffee filters. Feel free to shop at the island grocery to make your family favorites while you're here. Appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, and hand mixer. There is a grill outside by the pool.

I have several games for your enjoyment when you simply have to leave the beach and come in. There are also some books, which you are welcome to carry down to the beach. There is a small library on the island if you don't find what you like in my little collection. There is cable TV and both 2.4G and 5G WiFi.

Relax on the second-floor balcony overlooking the lap pool and beach. Has parking under the building, in front of the building, and overflow across the street. There is an elevator.

$450 refundable deposit is required upon reservation. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $200 pet fee. We will also need a brief description of the pet you are bringing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats (some people are allergic, including the owner). On popular holidays (4th of July, spring break, Easter, etc.) the HOA hires extra security and requires all renters to wear a wristband, which can be purchased at Chacon Realty on the island. Most wristbands are $25 and must be paid for in cash by the renter.

We often have a quick turnaround between renters, so we appreciate your attention to the time of check-in (4 p.m.) and checkout (10 a.m.). Sometimes early check-in or late check-out is available for an extra fee. If you desire this, please inquire about the possibility and additional charge.
