Beachfront with fantastic balcony! Amazing 3rd floor views!

Comfortably furnished 2BR/2BA condo in Sea Vista. This lovely vacation resort has private beach access, two tennis courts, and two private swimming pools with hot tubs. The complex is gated with security on the premises. Elevator and transport carts provided for convenience when checking in and out.

The master bedroom has full beachfront views with King size bed. The master bath has a tub shower combination with private access. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

The guest bedroom has two comfortable full size beds with separate bath that can be closed off to make a private guest suite. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

This smoke free and pet free condo has tile floors throughout.

The unit is fully equipped and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. A private balcony is all yours to enjoy each sunrise during your stay! Plenty of beach towels are provided as well as a full complement of chairs, boogie boards, floats, umbrellas and lots of sand toys!

The kitchen and living area complete the open concept living space with full beachfront views from every angle! The kitchen has almost everything you might need to cook the days catch! A Keurig coffee maker is provided.

World class seafood restaurants, shopping, and a friendly, courteous Sea Vista staff is what makes our condo home away from home. Our family loves it here and we hope you will find that you love it here too!

Free, private beach access is just outside the building. All doors are coded for secure entry into the building. You will find we are situated on the perfect stretch of beach to enjoy your vacation. Sea Vista is nestled between the Holiday Inn and Beach Park. Discount ticket purchase during the summer is offered through the Sea Vista office.

Sea Vista requires all guests to register in the office upon arrival. Parking for two vehicles is allowed with this rental and you will receive a parking permit after checking in at the office. Towing is enforced.
We have free wireless internet access.

Our unit is our home. We manage things and we will do our best to help make your stay memorable. If you choose to stay with us, we hope you find it clean and comfortable. The space has a quaint, beachy feel with light bright colors and a view to remember!

Really enjoyed our stay. Its on 3rd floor facing the ocean. Saw the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking our morning breakfast. Water pressure in shower was perfect. Plenty of towels available for our use. Inside temperature was nice and cool. Beds were comfy. Having the beach closet was such a nice perk as well. The host was easy to get in contact with and replied quickly. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful condo and property! Elevator is right near the condo so you are literally steps from putting your toes in the beautiful white sand! Lovely pool and nice hot hot tub! Quiet and super clean. Spacious 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room. The views are amazing! Kitchen has all the necessities and owner was very kind and accommodating. We could not be more pleased! Thank you Lisa!

Summer Family Vacation

Wow, one word explains it all! We had a wonderful stay at SeaVista! Our room had the best view to watch the sunrise every morning! We enjoyed the pool, steps to the beach for a stroll and morning jogs to the jetties! Our hosts were amazing and answered any questions we had promptly. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were amazing! Definitely will be back here again!

Spent 4 nights at this location on South Padre Island. The check-in process was easy and office staff were friendly. The grounds and pool were well kept, AC worked good, easy access to the beach and view from the condo was great! Unfortunately that's were it ends. Upon arrival into the condo, it smelled clean and fresh however it seriously needs a good cleaning. There was hair, fake nails and socks left on the floor. Sofas, pillows and furniture were dated and stained. Build up of dirt and dust on the ceiling fans, vents and wall decor. One of the beds had a dead bug stuck on the pillow case. Fortunately there was a washer and dryer therefore we washed all the bedding and linens. Bathroom vanity door was hanging of the hinge and the closet mirror door was broken. In both showers, the water was extremely slow to drain and accumulated in the tub above your ankles. Refrigerator was not cleaned out and trash was left in the pantry. Keurig was dirty and a used kcup left in pod. Overall, the best things about this location were the beach access and ocean view.

Great stay on SPI

A stay facing the ocean on SPI is always going to be a special occasion. We've stayed in several locations with an amazing view on the island, and here were a few of the things that set Lisa's condo apart:1) Gated property and on-site office/security. Felt extremely safe and well managed.2) Washer and dryer in the unit - this is a rare find.3) Homey feel, quality furnishings and lots of little extras (beach towels, puzzles and games, etc). This really does feel like staying in a friend's home.4) The gulf-facing wall is all windows - even if bad weather keeps you inside, as it did for us, you feel like you're on the beach. No restaurant has a view as good as the dining table overlooking the beach here!We hope to stay again.

Second time renting this unit

Pro:We love this unit. The tall chairs on the balcony give one an unobstructed view of the gulf for morning sunrises or evening breezes. Had some rainy days so we had to stay inside for a few hours. Nice homey vibe to this condo for our rainy afternoon. The dinner table is an excellent size for games or cards. Con:We were disappointed by some elevator problems which we're sure will be addressed before our next visit.

Spectacular!

All the comforts of home plus a spectacular view just steps from the beach. Couldn't be more perfect. Lisa has provided everything to insure you enjoy every moment. We started every morning on the balcony with coffee and ended every evening back on the balcony. We saw the sand castles, spent a day at Port Isabel, took a dolphin cruise and walked on the beach everyday. There is a lot to see and do in South Padre - but the condo is so comfortable, it's hard to tear yourself away. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. The Dunn's

The condo was in a great location and we were able to walk down the beach to some of the restaurants and attractions on the island. We love the location of the Sea Vista condos. This specific condo has to be one of, if not the, nicest condos we have rented here. Clean, well stocked with kitchen and, more importantly, beach chairs, toys, etc. the view from the balcony is amazing. The owner is gracious, attentive and super easy to work with. We can’t recommend this rental enough.

Best Condo in SPI!

This condo is so much more than what you see in the website. The items that are provided that you do not need to bring from home: beach towels, beach wagon, crockpot, blender, really all kitchen items are provided to cook, hairdryer, curling iron, flat iron, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, sunscreen, games/puzzles and so much more. The Condo will be like your home. It is super cute and decorated well. The beds are so comfortable. Bath towels are great quality. Extra blankets and hangers are available. The host was very responsive to messages. The condo amenities are 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, gated parking, walk down path right to the beach with wash showers after beach, elevators, security on duty and very friendly to help with check-in. Overall AWESOME and will return next year!

Enjoy Sunrises from the Balcony!

The condo was in a great location, near the 'end' of the condos/hotels, so it was easy to walk in that direction and not see the crowds on the beach. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise each morning was my favorite. We enjoyed going down to the beach daily, and the umbrellas/chairs were such a nice bonus to have handy. Highly recommend!
