I appreciated the modern design of the property and the direct access to the beach â definitely a highlight.
However, the tile flooring throughout the suites made the hotel extremely noisy. We could clearly hear our neighbors running and dragging furniture, which disrupted the sense of relaxation. While I understand carpeting may not be ideal in a beachfront hotel, there should be some effort to reduce noise and improve the guest experience.
Parking was also inconvenient, and I was surprised to find there was no valet service. More notably, there was no staff available to assist with luggage upon arrival or departure. While there seemed to be adequate housekeeping staff, there was a noticeable lack of support for guest services.
Overall, this is a solid 3-star property. Itâs a good fit for families looking for a clean and safe environment where their kids can enjoy the beach. But if youâre looking for a luxury beachfront experience with attentive service, you may want to consider other options.
