"Best in Class" Beachside Condo, Steps from Beach

Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo was beautifully renovated in 2014. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.

Over 750 square feet, this home, can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and bath have beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with blender, coffee maker and microwave. Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable with HBO and ESPN channels, linens/bath towels, and a washer/dryer are all available in the Condo for your convenience.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

Water activities include Schlitterbahn beach water park, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba diving, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties/pier/surf and fly fishing are all available. Birding and nature center, and sea turtle, Inc are right across the street from the Tiki, while beach horseback riding are also popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30-minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. For golfers, golf is available at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Property itself was great, other than neighboring bar noise

This would be a 5 star review if it had not been for the location of the condo. The balcony, which faces Bar Louie, is only a stone throw away. The condo itself was clean and well kept, owner was great with communication and it was comfortable during the day. However, the bar noise from the DJ on Friday and Saturday night was vibrating through the walls and the balcony was not usable due to the noise. I'd recommend this for a young couple that is interested in the bar scene and doesn't mind the noise, but for a family with a young child, I would suggest looking at a different location. It's unfortunate that the condo owner has to have this right next door to their location.

Great location

This unit faces the hotel next door which is quite noisy when they have entertainment, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that you don’t hear a thing when the patio door is closed so it was never an issue. Loved seeing the weekend fireworks show from the balcony. This unit is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has ample dish ware. We enjoyed our stay very much.

5 day vaca on South Padre

Lovely and very clean condo. SPI Excursions was great for snorkeling. And must visit the Bird Sanctuary and see "Big Padre"the huge alligator event! Also enjoy a great dinner at Nautica. A small warning, on a holiday weekend expect very LOUD music from the party bar/pool that plays until midnight.

Perfect for couples

This condo was perfect for me & my husband. We only planned to stay 4 days but ended up staying 1 extra day so wecould actually enjoy the beach. Went the 3rd week of March & it was very chilly. The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was easy & beach was jut a few steps away. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great place on the beach

Absolutely wonderful! Great place, the condo was excellent, great view from the patio. Kitchen was very well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with. The Tiki complex is well maintained and they are on top of things. Close to several beach restaurants. We just loved it!

Great Beach Condo!!

My family and I had such a great time in South Padre. We had everything we needed in the condo and absolutely loved the location. Short walk to the beach! This was the perfect place for us. The condo was so clean and comfortable and decorated so nicely. We will definitely be back. The owners have done such a great job with this place. Highly recommend.

Awesome Spring Break

The property was just as pictured. I have stayed at the Tiki before and always has a great experience. This room was exceptional! The property manager was fantastic. Quick responses with any questions. Views were amazing. Can easily watch the sunrise from the balcony. Will definitely be back..already planning a trip back. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice but too close to the action

Very clean, great decor, immaculate grounds and awesome sunrise views but too close to Bar Louie. Bands and DJ's every night of our stay until late at night provided no privacy. Open the curtains and the whole bar is looking at you.

It is a great location with an ocean view. The host was quick to respond to questions. Very clean and although pet friendly, it did not smell like dogs at all. Loved the chairs on the balcony to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
