Located one mile from the centre of South Molton, this property is within easy reach of the town’s markets, supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants. Keen walkers should head to Exmoor National Park, which boasts a plethora of scenic routes, each displaying wonderful flora and fauna. Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon’s north coast, including Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, together with a collection of traditional fishing villages and towns such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock.


Set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake, the accommodation is open-plan, light and spacious. In one corner of the main reception room, the kitchen area contains an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy a meal with a view at the table and chairs in the French window before retreating to the lounge area to watch a film on the Smart TV. On chilly evenings, the wood burner offers a welcome comfort while in the summer the large patio windows can be opened to create an al fresco feel. The king-size bedroom is spacious and bright with wooden flooring and views on two sides through windows and patio doors. The bedroom benefits from a large contemporary en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC.


French doors open onto a pretty patio area with a beautifully stocked flowerbed to one side. Enjoy an al fresco meal at the table and chairs using the BBQ available or simply relax on the sun loungers and soak up the peace and tranquillity this property offers. Please note, there is no access to fishing on the lakes when booking this lodge.
