  • Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3000 sq ft. The home boasts two master suites, great for multi families, both with king size beds and pillow top mattress. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and bunk beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and a bunk bed loft with full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There are two living rooms in the home one on the upper floor and the other on the main floor. The additional living room makes a great second hangout for the kids to enjoy! The main living room area, kitchen and dining room is 25 x 30 (750’), offering lots of space for relaxation with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. There is even a stone fireplace! A ping pong table is located in the third stall garage for some extra fun.

    The home has its own, private heated pool! You will find two large decks overlooking the backyard and pool area.

    The beach is just two blocks from the house. Guests have easy access to beach via tram. The tram is like an elevator it starts at top of bluff and drops you off at beach.

    The location is perfect if you are looking for a getaway, yet wanting options to explore the city. Located between South Haven (5 minutes to downtown South Haven) and Saugatuck (15 minutes), there are a plethora of restaurants, public beaches, golf courses, wineries and entertainment.

    Extra amenities to assist in making this a great vacation…. Flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and a gas grill.

Stay #2 at this property

This was our second stay at this residence and it again exceeded expectations. Great location to down town South Haven within minutes, with Saugatauck 15 min away, and Holland and St.Joes being 30 min away. It’s short walk to the beach. The pool was used probably 8 hours a day during our stay!!! A great house and we will definitely be back in the future for our 3rd stay!!!

great location only minutes from downtown South Haven . Nice secluded feel with privacy for pool/swimming. Kitchen is on top floor - you will get your steps in every day.

Pretty Much Perfect for Our Group

This place worked out wonderfully for our group of 10 adults and 2 kiddos! The open space with kitchen, dining, living areas is perfect for large groups. The pool is great for the kids and the fire pit is amazing for evening hangs. A great place all around! Thank you!

Location, location, location!!

My friends and I were blown away not only by this amazing property but also but the incredible and breathtaking views of Lake Michigan just a short walk down the street. The layout of the home was great for a larger group and the pool was the cherry on top. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall a great stay. I was surprised that other than hand soap in the bathrooms there was no body wash for showers. Although the bathroom towels were not allowed at the pool, pool towels should have been provided. Fortunately, I brought pool towels. The gas grill is in need of a good cleaning. Great location and the sunsets were outstanding.

This was a great stay on Lake Michigan. The pool was definitely the draw for us since my husband and son use it several times a day. We cooked out one night on the grill, the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately we missed the meteor shower but watched a couple sunsets over the lake, which seems to be a neighborhood gathering on some nights. Downtown South Haven was nice to visit for meals. There is also a trail head for the 30 mile Kal-Haven trail, which we walked several days. This is very big house, and the two masters on 2 different floors worked out well. I would definitely recommend.
