'We stayed in Room 14. It’s has 3 beds. Very comfortable. Four adults parents/kids stayed here and enjoyed the room. Stairs. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Air conditioner. Heater available. Staff is AMAZING! Very nice morning breakfast. Beach towels. In a fabulous location to beach or downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Each room is unique. Check each one out and choose the one you like the best as each has different features. '

'The amenities were adequate, breakfast was ample, readily available, with a very good selection (Waffles, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, fresh fruits, and more. The bed was comfortable, lighting was sufficient, and temperature controls worked as needed. There were other amenities which we did not need or use, such as a laundry area, vending machines, pool, and lounging area near lobby. Adding benches or chairs outside entrances/exits would be nice...

'We verbleven vijf nachten in de Champagne Suite. Het was een erg aangenaam verblijf. Het huis is gelegen op een prachtig domein met veel mooie plekken om ergens buiten rustig wat te kunnen lezen en te genieten van de mooie situering. Er is ook nog een gemeenschappelijk balkon die je deelt met andere gasten. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Tim en Sherry die de nodige tips kunnen geven voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Tim verzorgt een heerlijk ontbijtje in een prachtige ontbijtkamer....

'Loved the property as we stayed in the guest house. The friendly black cat would come greet us in the morning as we sat on our private patio for coffee. The picnic basket breakfast was delivered at 9 am and was delicious. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The flowers around the whole bed and breakfast were beautiful '

'Perfect hotel for me, my partner, and dog! Other hotels and airbnbs in the area were extra expensive and/or not pet-friendly due to LDW, and we didn’t want to spend $1,000+ for just a 3-night stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s affordable, perfectly located, has a lot of outdoor activities, very dog friendly, and a midwest/vintage charm, Sun & Sand is a great choice. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they were clean and well-kept. The bathroom was especially clean. Some of these reviews...
