Located off a private road in South Chatham, our home is right around the corner from Main Street, where you will find some of the great dining, shopping, and entertainment options that Chatham has to offer. You will also be near the Cape Cod Rail Trail and within minutes of multiple beaches and ponds. Drive to Cockle Cove Beach in four minutes, Ridgevale Beach in five minutes, or Forest Beach in six minutes. Taylor’s Pond is close by, and with deeded access, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and fishing in this beautiful body of water.



When you walk through the front door of our home you will find a bright and open living space, including kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating, a dining room set, and living area with a sectional couch and large flat screen TV. Upstairs is another living area with a couch, flat screen TV and gas fireplace, as well as a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a twin trundle and the other with two full + twin bunk beds. The house has central air conditioning for constant comfort on even the hottest of summer days. Other amenities include TV, WiFi, a washer/dryer in the basement, outdoor shower, gas grill, deck with outdoor seating, and sheets and towels provided at no extra cost.

Fall getaway

Slight issue on arrival. Heat and fireplace not working. Technician was sent out immediately and situation resolved. Key pad not working on day 3. Was able to obtain a key from the lockbox after calling property management. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location close to everything, sort of in the middle of the cape.

Cape Cod Vacation

We have been to Cape Cod several times over the past few years and this was our first time staying in the Chatham area. We loved the rental property. It was conveniently located close to the groceries, town center, restaurants, and beaches. The property was very well equipped with all the amenities listed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will surely return again and stay at this property.

Beautiful home with everything you need!

This house was perfect for two families (4 adults and 5 kids)! There is a great place for the kids to hang out upstairs and the bedroom with bunkbeds is so nice and well set up. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can possibly need and the entire house was extremely clean! The beds were really comfortable and the large sectional sofa in the main area was cozy and fit everyone comfortably! We had a really great time. No complaints! We will definitely recommend this place and/or return again! Thank you!

Overall a nice stay. The house was very updated and accommodated enough parking. Was a little concerned that they don’t launder the comforters (when you strip the beds it says to leave the comforters on) but we had some of our own blankets and made it work

Another Great Stay!

We stayed at this house for the second summer in a row. It's completely renovated, clean and spacious. It's perfect for our family of four. The pictures and details on the listing are very accurate. Our only feedback would be that the AC doesn't seem to work well in the king bedroom downstairs. However, it's a small issue compared to the loveliness of the home.

Beautiful property on the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was large enough for the 7 of us (including a toddler). Lots of space to hang around - indoors and out. Comfortable beds. Very well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen (including a lobster pot), lots of quality linens. Four spacious bedrooms. The outdoor shower is the best. A very quiet neighbourhood - lovely surroundings. The shortest walk to a beach is about 20/25 minutes, so we drove to most beaches, as well as to the neighbouring towns. The management company was very responsive to all of our needs. And of course the Cape is beautiful, the fish and seafood delicious. We would return!

House is just as described - recently renovated, modern, extremely clean and comfortable. A bit disappointing that house is farther from center of town than expected from description, definitely not walkable. Overall a lovely home - just be prepared to drive to town.

Just what was needed!

House had a great layout and completely updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with all your cooking needed. We had a group of 7adults and it was perfect. Beds are comfortable and pillows are great. We went in March so the outside needed to be dewinterized but that was to be expected! No problems, great communication and location was perfect. Don’t leave the house a mess and you will get your security deposit back no problem! We will be renting through Del Mar going forward for all Cape Cod trips!

Wonderful house!

We loved our stay in this home. It's newly renovated and very comfortable. This house is by far the nicest place that we have found to stay on the Cape. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. There is ample room for hanging out upstairs and downstairs. It's a perfect location for us, right near all the beaches and ponds that we like to frequent.

A home away from home

We had a lovely time at this house! The house is exactly as pictured and was clean, bright and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens to spread out. The layout was perfect for us because upstairs there is a mini living area plus 2 bedrooms and a bath (which means older kids can have their own space), leaving the downstairs for the adults. The finishings were all modern as was the furniture. The basement was the cleanest I've ever seen in my life and had a ping pong table plus kayaks you could take out to the pond which was very close by. The location was great for us, a bit removed from the town center, but quiet and nestled in nature. There is a beach close by as well as an ice cream shop–both are walking distance from the house. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone. The only downside (and this is nit picky) is that you have to prepare the house for the next guests, so you need to strip the sheets, take the trash out, etc. Not a huge deal, but can be a little stressful if you're checking out in a hurry. Be sure to read through all of the rules as well. :)
