Second floor Condo, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit across the street from the University of Notre Dame, features include full kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware. Living room, dining room, washer & dryer in unit, both bedrooms have a private bath, extra twin bed in second bedroom. Cable TV, Internet, towels and linens included with unit.
Weekly and monthly discounts automatically applied after dates entered into calendar.
No parties, events or gatherings of any kind are allowed at this property, sorry no smoking or pets.

The Space:
Cozy Condo located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, comes with all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, guests have full access to unit accept one locked closet for owner use. Notre Dame fans will love being close to all of the action, sports stadiums and local bars & eateries.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the Condo accept for one upper closet.

The Neighborhood:
Located next to the University of Notre Dame, easy walk to campus and Eddie Commons.

Getting Around:
Close to public transportation, Cab and Uber service available, the University is a quick walk away.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
