Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with tv and a log burning fire, double doors open out onto the courtyard, which leads to the private patio area.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, built in electric oven, cooker hood extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, there is also a washing machine, dining table and chairs. The kitchen also has main lighting and discreet lighting. A door leads out to the patio area.
Adjacent to the lounge is a downstairs washroom with washbasin and toilet.
Outside there is a private patio area with a table and chairs and barbeque.
Free parking is available outside the property in Avenue Bernardin.
The property is close to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and banks with ATM's. there is also a weekly market in the town. A 24 hour petrol/diesel station is just down the road and electric car charging points are situated at the rear of the church. The park is a lovely place to relax, with a boules court, tennis courts, basket ball court and children's play area. There is also a skateboard area nearby.
Sourdeval is a lovely friendly town nestling in lovely countryside, it is in easy distance of tourist spots such as: Mont St Michael, Bayeux, The Normandy Beaches and St Malo.
