Our cottage *** is a comfortable independent accommodation of about 38 m², semi-detached house with that of the owners in a quiet area,

It has an equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a living room with a quality sofa bed 140 X 190, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom area with television (international channel, Netflix) and a quality bed with mattress topper of 140 x 200. In addition, a magnificent bathtub, installed on the oak floor, will delight design enthusiasts.
The whole is new and of quality. We work with Linvosges, La Maison du savon de Marseille, Yves Rocher, among others.

WIFI, linen provided, sheets and bathrobes.

The room has a nice view of the wooded park located at the back of the house. Parking is possible inside the property and the space is possible for car trailer, (motorcycle or bicycle if necessary in the garage closed at night).

For couple (3 people maximum, ex 1 couple and 1 child), students or interns.
Can also be rented for company staff on temporary assignment or in training (contact us for agreement).

The village of Souesmes is located in the middle of the Sologne forest. Several hiking trails pass nearby.
In a close area, you will find the town of Salbris (exit of the A71 motorway, international karting circuit) and Aubigny-sur-Nère, a town that belonged to the Scottish Stuart family and which is famous for hosting the Franco-Scottish festivals every year in mid-July (30,000 visitors).
You will also be ideally placed to reach Lamotte-Beuvron, the capital of the tarte Tatin and home to important points of interest (Center Parc de la Sologne, French Equestrian Federation), in 20 minutes.
Finally, within a radius of one to an hour and a half, you will find to the west the main castles of the Loire and Cher (Chenonceau, Amboise, Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, Valençay) and the famous Beauval zoo.
And to the east, the historic city of Bourges (cathedral, old town, marsh gardens, Palais Jacques Coeur) or the Sancerrois wine region (wines from Sancerre, Pouilly-Sur-Loire and Menetou-Salon).

In short, a region rich in interest, ideally located two hours from Paris, which will delight you.
