'Dit hotel ligt midden in het stadje aan een pleintje. Prettige ontvangst bij de receptie; achter het hotel langs de rivier kan je gratis parkeren. Het heeft binnen een grote bar en buiten een terras waar veel lokale bewoners zitten te borrelen. Achterin een sfeervol restaurant gedeelte waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Veel winkeltjes en restaurants in de buurt en je kan naar de romeinse brug lopen. Keurige kamer; niet al te groot, maar verder prima. Schoon. Goede bedden; lekkere douche....

'Very clean and friendly staff. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed for one night on the start of a motorcycle tour in Spain and Portugal. Breakfast was included and was very welcome. We arrived quite late as we had problems getting off the ferry at santander. The staff left our room key in a safe lock and sent us a message. That took the pressure off us getting to the accommodation before reception closed. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.'

'We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it. It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay. We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice.'

'A beautiful hotel in the countryside but by the sea at the same time thus giving superb views of the area. Colunga is just a mile or so away from the hotel to the west with many bars/eateries to choose from.'
