Hôtel près de Sonnengratbahn (Zell am See)

« View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay. »

« Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time »

« The wellness upstairs is very nice. But my room was under the sauna showers. It was loud oftenly, I had to use my earplugs for sleeping. »

Malheureusement on a trouvé l’air climatisé vraiment insuffisant.

« Es war alles top. Zimmer sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück »

« Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

« Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town. »

« Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Apartment, Parkplatz direkt nebendran »

« Bien situé »

« Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. »

« Lovely staff Water cold in room despite asking for it to be addressed Resturant closed due to out of season but would have liked to know that before booking and would have stayed elsewhere »
