'The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants'

'The check in person could not explain to me how to register and pay for my parking other than to scan the QR code, which I explained 3 times that I couldn't do. The sign in the parking lot explained how I code send a text. He didn't seem to know this. The room should include free parking. The person making breakfast needs some help. All the tables were dirty, and he ran out of whipped cream. There was a ball of something sticky with hair attached to it stuck to the bathmat towel. I left it for...

'Great place to stay. Rooms we comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is situated close to the interstate and many restaurants. Breakfast was hot with many items to choose.'

'It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you'

'Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two.'

'Great experience'

'Very clean and comfortable room. Liked the gym, used the treadmill twice. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty. Would stay again.'

'Good. One manager was very helpful.'

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment.'

'Our room had a pillowcase with a chewed hole in it, threadbare bath at, mildew on the bathroom ceiling, rusty door, poor lighting, shower curtain wouldn't stay on and no shower gel in the holder. Another room with a family member did not have any bath towels, rusty door and ring around toilet seat. Not impressed.'

'The staff was amazing. My stay was wonderful!!'

'The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.'
