« This is the BEST kitchen I've ever had at a VRBO. Everything you could possibly need. We cooked in most nights as the view was fantastic and we're not really into going out with the loud crowds. We loved the patio, just steps from the beach. Walked our 3.5 miles every morning, relaxed and just enjoyed. This photo of the beach in the literature totally explains the fantastic views. »

« We absolutely loved our stay and John was just the best host! Very attentive and responded very quickly to our requests. The house is exactly as described and has any and all kitchen items you would want or need to make chef-inspired meals! My only comment...is if you are planning on using the spa/heated pool, there is an additional daily fee. We used the spa and it heated up quickly and we definitely enjoyed our time! I would highly recommend! »

« Immaculate apartment with beautiful view of Pacific sunsets. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, firepit, minigolf and gym. Easy walk to beach. Great communication from the owner. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay! »

« Cathy great to work with but we got a less than ideal location with view of a street and stop sign. I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners...
