The recently renovated apartment is undoubtedly very beautiful, well decorated, with high quality furniture and accessories, an extremely welcoming family style. Ideal for couples, families and / or friends. Located in a residence named "IL POGGIO", in one of the most beautiful and pristine areas of Lake Garda.
Without doubt the two peculiarities of this apartment that are to be considered notably are, the undoubtedly excellent location near the lake, all the necessary services and the main arteries of roads and transport that in a short time will allow you to reach the nearby cities of Verona and Venice.
The residence where the apartment is located is one of the few remaining with so much green space and large swimming pools. Around us we have a lot of nature, plants and flowers; things that surely make you live better. Inside the residence we offer our guests, in addition to an enviable large green park, a tennis court for lovers of this sport or simply to play with children to have fun, a ping pong table and two enviable outdoor pools. A large swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children.
From the apartment and above all from the swimming pool area, you can admire a breathtaking lake view where you can see in front of us the famous town called Sirmione, very visited and touristy for the Grotte di Catullo but not only ... it is a strip of land in the middle of the lake absolutely to visit. The property as mentioned has a lot of green space around, ideal for letting children free to play in a very safe place and we also have a small terrace and lodge for adults, to enjoy this natural environment and to spend carefree hours together . We also have private covered parking in the garage and / or parking space outside the residence.
Guests have the apartment available to them during the dates booked, the property is part of a residence where there are other apartments and therefore guests will have some common areas shared with other apartments, such as:

D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera, or the beautiful and nearby Salò voted the third most livable city in Europe, the Roman Villa of Desenzano del Garda with its historic center characteristic and suggestive and much much more ... I honestly don't see aspects that can negatively affect the vacation and stay of our guests regarding the property, on the contrary it seems to me that everything is perfect I would book a holiday here! However we remain at the disposal of our guests, always with the aim of improving, for their possible comments or advice if they see some aspect that deserves to be improved.
The village of a few souls where the apartment is located is part of an area that is undoubtedly enchanting and called "VALTENESI", a small village on a hill immersed in the green of uncontaminated nature and with a breathtaking lake view. Area of vineyards, olive groves, lemon trees and good cuisine, obviously Italian style, prestige in the world. The apartment is 2 km from the lake, so very close to the port of Moniga del Garda where you can take the ferry to visit various wonderful points of our fantastic Lake Garda directly from the lake. 40 km from Verona, 150 km from Venice, 28 km from the largest and most beautiful amusement park in Italy, ie Gardaland. And many many other interesting points, places to visit for sure, areas of art, culture, cuisine and much more ... just ask us ... and we will advise you to enjoy to the best of everything that this famous and beautiful Lake offers of Garda.
The apartment is located in a very well served area and close to the main road arteries to move with ease. A good public bus service is available and there are also taxis available. We also provide transport service from the airport to the apartment and vice versa upon request and for a fee. The nearest airports are Verona, Venice, Bergamo and Milan. Nearby we have the port of Moniga del Garda where you can also take transport with ferries to move to various points of Lake Garda moving from port to port and saving time and money, for example if one wanted to visit Riva del Garda rather than Sirmione or any other town on Lake Garda, moving by car you find traffic ... instead on the lake like Venice style and easier to move with the ferry (public service boat) and arrive in a short time, seeing beautiful glimpses from the lake during navigation, in different characteristic and unique places of Lake Garda.
