Located in the Luxury Snowmass Base Village Condos in Capitol Peak Lodge B. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo Base Village Unit offers the best of ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass. Just steps from the Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. Otherwise, there are more restaurants and shopping located at the Old Snowmass mall, just a short free gondola ride away (on Cabriolet Gondola).

Perfect for families because the kids ski school (Tree House) is located in the Snowmass Base Village too.

The other big advantage is the location and parking garage with elevators. It cannot be any more convenient at the Snowmass Base Village. Being able to drive in to the private gated off section and parking right by your elevator that takes you right up to your unit, is a nice feature. Then in the morning, to be able to take the elevator down to the village level and put on your boots and grab your skis from your adjacent ski locker and just walk 70 feet to the Elk Camp Gondola is the best.

Note: THE UNIT HAS A KING BED IN THE MASTER, ONE QUEEN IN THE SECOND BEDROOM, AND ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, ALLOWING 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.. WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING and Summer rates every other day (up to an hour max. for one housekeeper). (monthly rental includes 2 hours/week).

The unit comes furnished turnkey down to the silverware (built new in 2009). Location, Location, and Location! Also w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 hot tubs, and complete fitness area. No pets or smoking.

Also, We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury contemporary penthouse located right next to this unit.

*** I ALSO HAVE MANY FRIENDS THAT OWN ONE BEDROOMS AT THE NEW SNOWMASS BASE VILLAGE THAT ARE ALSO INTERESTED IN RENTING.


*** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these 2009 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.

Living room has LG Smart HD cable TV that has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube and TV and movies through XFINITY. Both Bedrooms also have HD TV's that have TV and movies through XFINITY.

RATE includes one car in parking garage in private gated section near elevator.

Everything you need at a great location

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on my solo trip to Snowmass. I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and enjoyed the in-village view off the patio. This condo has everything you need and comfy beds! I also appreciate the clear instructions and communication from the manager, who helped me at every opportunity. Thank you!

Wonderful Ski In/Out Accommodations!

My family and I (2 adults, 6 yo twins) recently stayed at this property for a week long ski vacation post Christmas. It was exactly what we were hoping for! Tight in the heart of Snowmass Village, it was steps from multiple chairlifts/gondolas and had a fantastic ski locker set up for ease. The 2 balconies overlooked the village and slopes. The accommodations were clean and updated, beds super comfortable and linens excellent. Having a fully stocked kitchen was wonderful as we were often tired after skiing all day and opted to cook in. All in all- it was excellent! The owner went an extra step and mailed me back an item I had left. Was also very helpful and responsive. We would def recommend. Only watch out is that it is a little tricky to check in. Owner gives excellent instructions but you defiantly need to follow:).

Perfect location in the village of snowmass!

The location was perfect. Overlooked the main play area for children which made the kids time that much better. Access to great hikes, restaurants and activities was met with ease. Loved it!

Good….could have been better

The unit was nice but the communications for check-in, parking, questions was not as good as it could have been. It was as not clear what was/ was not available in the unit and what we needed to bring with us. I would rent a unit from this complex again but not this particular unit- only units managed by the central Capitol Peak Management company.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s location is right across the sidewalk from the gondola and ice skating rink and only steps from the other base village chair lifts and ski school. The ice rink can be a bit loud on some nights until around 8:30 but with a sound machine my kids slept through it all. Base village tends to shut down pretty early, but the free gondola to snowmass village is very convenient. The bus station for aspen or the other mountains is steps away. Management was was very responsive and answered all questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Location Location Location

This condo is a perfect spot to stay if you are skiing and you have kids. The only complaint is that while the two beds in the bedrooms were comfortable the pull out bed was broken and very uncomfortable and we had our 10 year old daughter sleeping there alone. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable either. We stayed in at night and needed more comfortable seating for a family of five. Otherwise everything else was great!

Terrific condo in the heart of Snowmass!

My entire group of 4 loved this place. The location can't be beat - right in the heart of the base village. You can sit outside on one of your 2 balconies watching the ice skating rink or the Elk Camp Gondola which is only about 70 feet from the condo. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was spotless and in perfect shape. Unit comes with a parking pass which allows parking in a secured area of the covered public parking garage.

Great view of the ice skating rink and public space. Easy walk to the ski lifts! Check-in process is a little confusing but owner sent detailed instructions for entering the garage and the unit for the first time (make sure to read them).

Overall, the condo was nicely furnished. The beds are a little too low to the ground but were quite comfy. There was a dirty sock (not ours) just under the foot of the bed and a stinky rag in the washing machine. The kitchen had most everything a person would need except a pizza pan and there were no dish towels, rags, pot holders, or oven mitt. Those things aside, the balcony overlooks the common area and we spent most evenings sitting out there people watching. Overall, I would recommend especially if you are a skier....the gondola is literally steps away.

This was a very nice two bedroom condo comfortable for four adults. The location was great but we did go during the week in the off season so a lot of the store and restaurants were closed but it was a close drive to Aspen for great food and shopping. The beds were comfortable. Enjoy the balcony to sit out in the beautiful fall weather. We would stay here again.
