  • With direct ski-in, ski-out access, this first-floor recently renovated studio condominium is the perfect mountain retreat for the avid skier or snowboarder. Featuring a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and brand new hardwood flooring, we welcome you to your own personal, cozy mountain retreat. After a busy day on the mountain, unwind in our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

    Laurelwood 404 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

    Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

    Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

    On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

    We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Mother-Daughter trip

We had a wonderful time...didn't hang out really in the condo much but it was a great location for all we wanted to do.

Nice clean comfortable property but very loud

Front desk was bery helpful with local knowledge. Condo was clean and comfortable and well appointed. However the condos next door was being remodled and the contractors were screaming,sawing,grinding, hammering with diesel tractors running 10 feet from kur back door from 7 AM to 6PM every day. Of course we had to keep the windown open because it was hot. We could not sleep.during the entire week of our stay. Do not stay in this condo this year. The listing did not mention the continuous construction noises. If.it had we would have chosen another property.
