Miami Beach House

The house is open plan with large north facing windows, beautiful timber floors throughout and has 3 different living areas. The centrally located large lounge consists of a huge comfy modular corner sofa with 55 inch tv / Blu-ray dvd and plenty of extra seating for everyone. The addition of free wifi is a bonus!

The galley kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric induction cooking, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large central dining table with seating for 12 and sliding door that opens on to a covered / private entertaining deck complete with gas bbq, hammock and outdoor setting for alfresco dining and summer BBQs. There is also a spectacular rooftop bar complete with 6 stools.

While the kids are downstairs enjoying the separate tv and games room (complete with 8x4 Pool Table and Table Tennis) the adults can escape upstairs to the relaxing 3rd level mezzanine sunroom.

On the main mid-level bedroom 1 (with balcony) and bedroom 2 both have Queen size beds, ceiling fans and built in robes. On the ground floor bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and for the kids, bedroom 4 has 2 bunks plus 2 trundle beds. All 4 bedrooms are carpeted.

Full bathrooms are provided on each of the first 2 levels to service the bedrooms and for convenience there is also a separate kitchenette and laundry downstairs (with washing machine and ironing facilities). A decked outdoor shower is also provided.

This amazing home situated high on the crest in Smiths Beach allows you to take in panoramic views from the 3rd level sunroom and rooftop viewing deck (including Cape Woolamai, Express Point, Smiths Beach and even the GP track).

The abundance of north facing windows take advantage of the winter sun and you also have Reverse Cycle Heating and Cooling as needed. There is parking for 3 cars plus room to park a small boat, and the enclosed/fenced rear yard makes the property pet friendly (outside only - conditions apply). Boogie boards and beach chairs are provided for guest use. 1 Miami Court is the perfect holiday getaway for both summer and winter, centrally located to YCW and Smiths Beach (both only 400m away) and walking distance to the Grand Prix Track.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
