'This property encompasses a couple of buildings and a large backyard. There is an open air restaurant on site for food and beverages. The friendly staff speaks English which was very helpful.
It is a 5 minute walk to the town of Poprad for anyone who wants more dining options.

'Thank you for a lovely weekend away! The staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious with an amazing lake view from the terrace. We had access to a beautiful restaurant, private beach & wellness area on site. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.'

'Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.'

'Strange maze of corridors, 3rd floor room was extremely small and difficult to move around in. Windows were on ceiling, making it impossible to open and close them or even get the room adequately dark inside. Spa was nice, but hot-tub was only warm, not hot. Overpriced place, but lovely staff that highly trained and welcoming. '

'Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno.
Personal un poco distante.
Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico
