360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this WOW 4BR TOWNHOUSE just off Sliema Prominade, previously owned by a luxury charter owner, this beautiful home can easily host 8 guests with complete luxury.
Upon entering this beautiful home, on the 1st level guests will find a beautiful spacious living area with SOFA, LIVING AREA and a comfortable sofa - OLD MALTESE BALCONY TO ! - With access to 3 Bedrooms.
On the 2ND floor they will find a double bedroom and the ROOF TOP AREA WITH BBQ.

Kitchen| Fully equipped, oven, fridge and anything our guests requires to have a good meal and enjoy with their family. Kitchen comes with a beautiful island.
Living| Amazing living space, with sofa and a well sized TV; this is a truly beautiful place to be together with being just off Sliema Promenade it truly cant get better.
Also included is a roof top terrace, with deckchair and chairs. Also included is a workspace desk on the top floor! - ALSO NOW A BBQ is ADDED.
Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, 4 bedrooms double beds each
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms with a shower in 1 and a bath in another.
Linens| All linens are included in the cleaning fee, with 2 towels each per person. All linens are of the highest grade quality as we believe in a very good night sleep.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the home.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
Being just off the promenade the location is PERFECT, within a few meters you are next to the shopping centres, coffee shops, restaurant, beaches and access to all amenities like convenience stores and supermarkets that our guests would require.
Being just off the promenade, the bus stop is just a few meters away from the house making it perfect for cheap travel. We can also offer 24/7 taxi service to our airbnb guests through the messaging app
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
