« Had the family suite and was surprised to find it had a half bath, a kitchenette and living room besides the 2 queen beds and full bath in a separate room for a great price! Also, right off the pool. The pool was great! « The hotel looks beautiful, very clean and roomy. Yet when I went to take a shower this morning, only drips of water without much pressure came out. Very disappointing.

« Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips! »

« Parking was good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. With all the construction going on, it was great to be let off right at the door. The breakfast - I didn't really like having to take the cold food from the frig and heat it in the microwave. There were many trying to use at the same time. « The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy! »
