  • De villa is gelegen aan de rustige golf van Sklithri - Kanapitsa.
    Hoewel het een van de mooiste woningen op het eiland is, biedt het pand het unieke voordeel van toegang tot een privéstrand met kristalhelder blauw water en goudkleurig zand. Gunstig gelegen aan de hoofdweg van het eiland op een afstand van 4 km van de stad Skiathos en de belangrijkste haven van het eiland en op 6 km van de luchthaven van het eiland, biedt de villa zowel privacy en rust weg voor de drukte van het eiland, evenals gemakkelijke toegang naar alle belangrijke sites. Met de bushalte die zich buiten de muren van de villa bevindt, is alles slechts een paar minuten verwijderd zonder een auto te hoeven huren. De inrichting van de villa is modern en van goede smaak en de adembenemende veranda is beroemd over het eiland. What a fantastic villa. Very quirky loads of room the view from the terraces is beautiful. The best bit , walk down the steps onto your own semi private amazing beach. Call a water taxi to take you to other stunning beaches. Our family has had the best holiday would definitely return thank you. A special thank you for the birthday banner and wine on arrival what a fantastic touch. Ps the resturants recommended are mmmmmmmm. Book this lovely villa

Family holiday

Perfect location and property for a family holiday. The owners and agent were fantastic and let us stay for an extra 2 nights after the horrendous storm that hit the island. Would highly recommend this property.

Ideale Lage, wenige Stufen zum kleinen semiprivat Strand. Bushaltestelle gleich oben an der Straße. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend.Bei Anfragen prompte Antwort.Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden sehr genossen.

Stunning view and amazing space

We had a group of us stay for a week and the villa was perfect. We hired a chef one night for a small party and the outdoor bbq space is ideal for this. We will definitely be back again! The host is super responsive and no issues at all.

Perfect location - spectacular views- lovely semi- private beach. Bedrooms varied in appeal. Living spaces very satisfactory for our family group, ranging in age from 7 to 76. Only requests would be more attention to linens, general cleanliness and internet service.

A fantastic house beautifully located with amazing views and the real highlight of a sandy beach at the bottom of the steps with some nice shade and calm, shallow water for the kids plus rocky bits to explore. Very well equipped house, beach towels provided was a nice touch and very useful as we spent most days on the beach. Conveniently located by a bus stop a short ride into town and a few minutes walk (down the main road) from a lovely beach taverna at Sklithri. The only downside to this glorious Skiathos retreat was the bit of noise from the road, but balanced out by the convenience for public transport.

Fantastic accommodation

We were three families, six adults and four kids. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures, it is on the main road where the bus stops, so you do not really need a car to visit Skiathos or to reach the beaches located in the south part of the island. During our stay we met the owner of the villa, she was very kind always asking us if we needed something. Christina, the house manager, is amazing, she took care of all our need giving us information about renting the cars, or the cheapest supermarkets. The private beach is a paradise!

AMAZING HOLIDAY VILLA!

We visited Skiathos and Villa Penelope at spring time. It is an ideal house for families with children as both the house and the beach are easily accessible. The villa has huge spaces with big balconies and a breathtaking view! One of the advantages is that you can also rent a boat and keep it at the beach downstairs. The manager and the cleaning team were both very helpful and friendly with everything we needed. They proposed us nice places and kept the property clean and well equipped! Generally the villa is well maintained and has tasteful decor. It has also huge open spaces ideal for parties. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

1 Woche mit Freunden

Die Unterkunft ist für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist umwerfend schön. Und der direkte Zugang zum Meer mit dem Privatstrand ein besonderer Luxus. Einziges Manko ist die befahrene Küstenstraße am Haus. Der untere Wohnbereich ist nicht so schön, wie der obere Wohnbereich. Hier sollte etwas nachgebessert werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Christina war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great location

Fantastic view and easy walking distance to bus stop and top notch restaurants in both directions. There’s also a great mini market within walking distance that has delicious bakery items and other grocery and extra items that are reasonably priced and that they deliver free. The semi-private beach was pleasant though recommend water shoes to protect against rocks and sea urchins. You are expected to have all items you need for your stay, including cleaning items, which was a surprise to us. However Christina did the best she could to help and checked on us periodically to make sure all was going well. They are very responsive to any issues you might have. Be aware the bathroom on the lower floor in the corner does not provide a pleasant shower situation as little hot water reaches it.

Wir waren einen Gruppe mit 8 Personen und hatten einender schöne Woche dort. Die Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick ist das Highlight von diesem Haus. das Wohnzimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche zweckmäßig. Die Schlafzimmer zur Meerseite sind sehr schön. Die Bäder und die untere Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betreuuung vor Ort war sehr gut und immer erreichbar.

Unforgettable

Those at Villa Penelope were unforgettable days. A beautiful, elegant but authentic house, with perfectly divided spaces to share but also have privacy. The view is unique and the beach for the use of the villa, a real dream. We had a great time and also excellently assisted by the host and his staff.

The best holiday for a large group with varying interests.

The house is perfect for 11, slightly squashed for 12. It has all the amenities we need. The kitchen is well provided to cater to large groups. Being on bus stop 11 allows individual freedom of movement, lovely for young adults—walking distance to the supermarket which will deliver to the house. Not having a car posed no burden to us. The semi-private beach is a dream. We highly recommend this house.

Fabulous Villa in perfect location . Trips out , car rental , boat trips and the amazing Mamma Mia island . Perfect place for a perfect holiday

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (4 years old and 10 months old) and everything was perfect. The house was amazing and the beach was perfect for the kids. You have everything you need next to the house and Christos was very prompt to our questions and helped us every time.
