'Staff members were very Helpful and Clean Rooms. Breakfast was a good assortment of choices .'

'Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. 'I don’t know if I was in a room under renovation but it was horrible the shower head was held together by a zip tie then it fell off mid shower. Ceiling lights at the door didn’t work there was dirty goop all in the corner of the shower, the pictures online look nothing like the room I stayed in. Light bulbs were missing from lamps it was crazy.'

'Fue un viaje familiar para una graduacion de Marine en Parris Island, todo estuvo muy bien, no tuvimos problemas para hacer check in a pesar de que fue con inteligencia artificial. El cuarto todo limpio y todo funcionando. Muy buen servicio, recomendado.'
