Honest Review of Sisters Santuary
The house itself was gorgeous, beautiful views of the mountains tons of windows and plenty of open space to lounge around. For 6 people.the physical house was gorgeous, but it seemed to lack enough furniture in the living room. we had to haul chairs / sitting table from bedrooms just to have a place to sit that wasn't the couch. The master suite was beautiful but there were only double beds throughout the entire house. There were two small openings for the windows but one of the handles was completely broken off. and there was no ceiling fan which made it a warm night in our room even with central air .In a house for 6 there was 1 drinking glass and one water glass when we called to get more we were told it was not in our contract- the end - no attempt to reconcile the situation. I also attempted 3 times to get a picture of the pool and hot tub and was repeatedly sent links that did not open. They also neglected to say that the walk from our house to the pool was almost 1/2 mile. Master suite bedroom bathroom is spectacular , huge great soaking tub and the shower has tons of nozzles! There needs to be better communication between the cleaning crew and the managers and the owners to keep the inventory of glassware adequate for 6 people. There were also some different "service" charges that were added between the first and second payments. When I called Vacasa to find out what they were they said the charges were from VRBO , Verbo said it was Vacasa. shady
