The property itself is lovely, but looks can be deceiving. You only have the ground level. No balcony. No shower gel. No shampoo, hardly any toilet paper and no dishwashing tablets. No salt & pepper. No tongs. No salad bowls. Expect to buy a large amount of household items yourself. No views of the lake as there is a privacy screen. No beach towels which is disappointing given the advertised two pools and "lakefront catullo". When we bought this up with the host's property manager, we were told these aren't included with their cleaning company and they wouldn't be provided.If you were planning on doing any cooking yourself, or even having a glass of water, I'd think again. There is hardly enough crockery to cover one meal. Plates were a bare minimum and glasses ran out almost immediately. We had planned a family eat-in meal with a chef and after noticing the distinct lack of crockery, I messaged the host and the host property manager. The host ignored me and didn't reply. The host property manager bought a set of 4 small dinner plates. Safe to say the chef was highly unimpressed with having to wash every dinner plate after each course. Aircon in one of the bedrooms was faulty which we weren't informed about and had to allow someone onto the property for maintenance during our stay. The pool cleaner also attends.There is plenty of space to lounge around. The backyard is large and the bedrooms are big. In terms of luxury, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Tourist rort
