Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities

The swimming pool and outdoor amenities are shared with other residents and guests. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. All guests must follow the posted pool and residential-complex regulations.

The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and its availability cannot be guaranteed outside the summer operating period.

Special Requests

Baby cots may be available upon advance request and are subject to availability. Extra beds are not available. Other special requests may also be subject to availability and additional charges.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
