« Check in took half an hour as they only had a single person at the desk but 4 people trying to check in and the person at the counter couldn't seem to focus on getting people in. The floor in the main hall by the elevator was constantly dirty, not cleaned once in the 4 days I was there after someone spilled something sticky. Nadia, the owner was fabulous with great customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit! Amazing hot breakfasts served each morning.
