« The hot water is absolutely scalding temperature, and will not be combined with cold at all, please check the shower after I'm gone, and these beds look new but my back is wrecked after staying here. « Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy. »

« We stayed for two nights, everything was super clean, the furniture was modern and tasteful very comfortable. The 14.99 breakfast buffet was not great, the service was excellent. Coffee after 3 pm was cold. For a Hilton I was expecting fresh breakfast made to order instead of a premade one. The accessible room was down the hall having to walk further down to and from the elevator. »

« The staff was great about getting into our room earlier than check in. We had to put a $100 deposit down for incidental damage and when we got into the room - it was trashed. The couch cushions looked like they were wrapped in duct tape, the entertainment center had dings all over it. The chairs were stained. The room was clean, but they need to put money into the quality of the room. »

« Note this is a brand new hotel. Overall this location exceeded my expectations. Caveat, they do NOT have any pull out beds or rollaway cots. A 1 Queen room sleeps 2 NOT 3. This is a beautiful building with a very modern and spacious feel. The grab-and-go area has the usual items, and a full-service bar and "bistro" offers quick snack-like meals ($$$).
