The Space:

Everything you need is right here for your Siesta Key vacation.



Your own building nestled in the Solitude Suites on Siesta Key Resort.



This freestanding suite is called the Tropical Treehouse. It is a condo complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, open lanai and faces west so you get Siesta key sunsets in the sky!



Free trolley stops right outside your building. Frog Hop and Jonny’s free rides also do free pick up & drop off door to door around the island! Just give them a tip!

Hop, skip & jump to Siesta Key’s public beach and located between both villages for the best of both worlds!

Public Beach Access 12 is 0.5 miles away, a 10 minute walk.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to swimming pool (shared with 2 other units in another building). Free parking. Onsite Laundry. Free kayaks (first come first served). Free Tiki Huts & table tennis!



Other registered guests at the resort may use the pool and boat dock area too.



The Neighborhood:

Award wining beaches, gorgeous tropical pool area, sun bathing deck, fishing dock, clean, stylish and updated accommodations, remodeled in 2020, and lots to do very close by.



Getting Around:

Free trolley, runs up and down Siesta key island.

Free “taxis” - just tip a few $.

Uber.

Lyft.

Use your car too, lots of free parking.

You can rent bikes, mopeds and golf carts on the island too!



Other Things to Note:

There are steps/stairs onsite.

Multiple parking spaces available. 1 car per unit.

There are cameras onsite.

We are not directly on the beach.

General maintenance, pool maintenance, landscapers and cleaning crew are onsite periodically, but will not be inside your suite.

A copy of your ID is required for your reservation. Please confirm with host, prior to arrival, if you need access to the boat dock. Cancellations from reservations will incur a $250 processing fee, if reservation is still within cancellation period.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests have their own space but can contact the host by phone or text anytime.



Absolutely no animals are allowed, due to severe allergies.
