Our host Courtney was amazing she wanted to make sure everything was meeting our expectations and if we needed anything she was on it immediately. The place was spotless and exceeded our expectations short walk to beach and Downtown we will definitely be back.

The apartment was cozy, decor was warm and welcoming. Location was perfect to beach and town. Courtney is a wonderful thoughtful host , the detail to needs in the apartment were without question, most accommodating. I am looking forward to a return visit.

The Cozy Coastal Getaway was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Siesta Key. A block to the beach and a block to Siesta Key Village to visit shops and all sorts of restaurants. Attention was paid to every detail which made our stay relaxing and fun. We appreciated the well furnished kitchen, spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and all the beach supplies. Courtney was responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. This exceeded our high expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! Perfect easy walk across the street to the best beach! 5 min walk to grocery store and a ton of restaurants and shops. Don’t need a car at all! Very clean, exactly as described and Courtney responds right away to any questions. Definitely book this, amazing deal for the price and location!!

Fantastic stay!

Stayed here for a quick 2-night stay to be on the key for the 4th of July. This property was perfect! Very well stocked and roomy for a small condo. The host provides everything you need. Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach and the village.

Awesome & Amazing

This place was great. It was a great location for walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants. It was immaculately clean and was well stocked with bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, and beach gear. The hostess was very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. The small touches throughout the place was very much appreciated. We loved it!

We loved our stay at Courtney's place! It is located right off of Siesta Key Village and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere (there are also numerous free trolleys in the area), but also appreciated the flexibility of having a dedicated parking space too. The space is super cute, nicely decorated, and she provided snacks and water for our beach day. Check in/out instructions were simple to follow. One small piece of feedback - two of the beach chairs had ripped straps (so they couldnt be worn backpack style and must be carried), and the one I did wear as a backpack had a ripped seat that I didn't realize till we got to the beach. I suggest replacing the chairs for future guests to enjoy.

Great Condo - Perfect Location!

The condo was comfortable and cozy and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect! We were able to quickly walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping - our car stayed parked at the condo during our entire stay. The property manager was kind and communicated very well. We will definitely return!

Sand Castle Get Away

We were very pleased from beginning to the end of our trip. Location was ideal for walking. The unit was very impressively clean and decorated cleverly. The small details and the extra amenities, like snacks and waters, were a nice touch. The functionality of the unit was nice, especially the water pressure. Top notch - amazing location an host

My wife and I stayed here for 11 days. We couldn’t have been happier. The host was proactive and attentive to our needs…even when we didn’t think we needed anything. Wonderful Spot

This lovely condo was in the perfect location for access to the beach and the village. We spent four days here and it was so easy because everything we needed for the beach was provided, including beach towels. We could walk to get coffee in the morning and breakfast when we wanted. No car needed unless you wanted to have a meal outside of the village. Communication with the host was easy and we received quick responses. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing location

Cannot beat the location, beach is only a minute away and all the bars and restaurants are a couple minutes walk in the opposite direction. We had no need to bring a car although easy parking is available. The host was heat at communicating and even kind enough to get us checked in early. The best part was all the beach supplies that were provided for us and our kids to enjoy the beach! We hope to come back!
