'Love the bed!'

'Trash and bedding in the hallways all night and still there at 10 am both mornings we were there. Staff was not concerned when I mentioned it when I checked out.'

'This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'

'The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. I could not get the TVs to accept the HDMI cable so that we could watch the...

'Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.'

'The staff was very friendly. Room showed so.e fur iture wear and tear and smelled of lingering smoke. Great location with easily accessible restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.'

'Under construction. The room was a different room then purchased. They have bed bugs. Did not stay the night. Left and am still waiting for refund on deposit.'

'It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. The only other thing I would say that bathroom we had was filthy, walls were dirty tub was stained and the couple towels that came with the room were not the cleanest either.'

'This hotel allows pets like crazy. But they do not clean or use air fresheners after the pet owners leave. I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and both of them had strong pet smell. I feel nauseated and sick of the smell. One of the rooms on 1st floor had wavy floor (possibly due to some flood issue or damp ground). The floor was wet with moisture when I entered around 6pm. The front desk guy lied that the cleaning person just mopped the room (at 6pm!!).'
