Great time!

We came to Sidney to celebrate graduation and this was the perfect place to get together, have a BBQ and celebrate our nieces graduation. The house had a lot of little touches that were a hit and gave us some ideas for our vacation rental. The adults loved the coffee bar and the kids loved the extra treats from the smores to the popcorn. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal—close enough to explore the local attractions but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, ensuring quiet evenings. The host was amazing—communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. They even provided a guidebook with fantastic local recommendations, which we appreciated. We can’t recommend this property enough! Whether you're planning a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or a solo escape, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Great stay for visiting family

First off, the home was beautiful! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 small children. I have to say that it was by far the most welcoming rental we’ve ever used. From the large stock of children’s games and books to the welcome drinks in the fridge and the candies by the front door, we never felt as if we weren’t already at home. We only visit this area maybe once or twice a year to visit family that live close by. We would definitely love to stay here again if you will have us. Thank you so so much!

Nice option in Sidney

Enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room. Seemed to have everything we needed. Nice backyard area as well. Host was responsive with questions and she left us a welcome gift + drinks in the fridge which was super sweet! Shortly before checking was notified of a $25 per person per day fee if over 6 guests. Luckily this wasn’t an issue for us but nowhere upon booking said anything about this so might want to look into that.

Best Place Ever!

The house was perfect for us and our two dogs. It’s a charming and comfortable home with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The small, welcoming touches from s’mores to drinks to a big dog bone were so special. The huge king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom even had double sinks. The yard was fenced and had great seating areas. Wish every stay could be like this one! Amber was a pleasure to communicate with and responded immediately to any question. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great family time

Awesome location for driving to points of interest and walking distance to grocery/Starbucks! Yard and back patio were the nicest in the neighborhood and very welcoming. What more could you want? We felt like we were "at home" and really got a great vibe from the start. Highly recommend...we'll be back when we visit the area again in the future!

Gorgeous getaway

Amber was a gem. This beautiful getaway was everything and more than they said. Great location, beautiful decor, wonderful host.. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be checking in again when I come back to visit family!

Wonderful home!

We came to town for our daughters district game and stayed at this home. It was the perfect accommodation for our family and our parents. The home was comfy, CLEAN, and decorated with great little touches. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

King House lives up to its name.

We were in my hometown for a family wedding. We had a great time and LOVED staying at the King House. It really lived up to its name. The beds were super comfy and the showers were awesome. There was room to visit comfortably. They really thought of everything! Would highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So cozy

This AirB&B is simply amazing. They had everything you could ever need. The nice gift basket of a fire log and s’more kit was spot on. It was 50 degrees in July and we used the fire place. It was exactly like the listing. Perfect stay. Thank you so much!
