'Hotel itself was nice and food was really good to suit all needs. Wifi in rooms not that good but its ok. Reception staff need to be more friendly and smile. We were the only guests from UK. Too many Russians who don't talk ir smile but that didn't bother us. Other staff were friendly. Overall enjoyed our stay and was happy. Recommended hotel A*'

'The hotel is amazing. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. The kidsclub is excellently set up. Our children enjoyed the workshops, had a great time with the kidsclub-staff, they loved the whole space. The hotel in general is very clean and fresh. I couldn't think about anything that we thought that was missing. Best hotel to go for families. We will definitely go back.'
