« Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food. »

« Great location, poor service »

« Well the front desk was helpful but it can’t be said for the housekeeping staff. I had to ask for things twice and still didn’t get them. I had to change the room from the 7th floor to the 4th floor to get wifi reception and that didn’t help much. The front desk manager did let me borrow his wifi dongle. The shower drainage was clogged and there were no hooks to hang clothing behind the door. The breakfast was average at best but wait staff were awesome. If u need strong wifi signal then perhaps...

« All ok as per the price rage all good. »

« Hotel was quiet, room was clean, no problem with check-in and check out, staff friendly and helpful. For this price, I paid 900rs, it's fairly good value and was fine. AC and clean and quiet so no issues - no breakfast or other frills but at this price what can be expected. »

« It is centrally located. Very well managed and run hotel. The staff were excellent. The rooms, the ambience all are exceptional. You will not go wrong staying there. A total value for your money. »

« this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe »

« The hotel room and bathroom were small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit. The soap provided by the hotel had a lovely lemongrass scent. Breakfast was delivered at the scheduled time, and the staff were very kind, even calling an Uber to take me to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, so dinner is not a problem. The hotel is a little off the road, so it was quiet at night and I slept well. The hotel's exterior is old, which made me worry about the safety, but it...

« The staff was great very friendly the room service woundful & the food was delicious with the right amount of spice »

« Like the staff I did not like 1-No canteen and even bed tea was not available 2-There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches 3-Shabby washroom »

« Never stayed this kind of quality hotels. Very bad all of things »

« Wifi issues. Could not get connected and they could not offer any support even after repeated requests. Plumbing issues.. bathroom drains slow and therefore forms an inch of water pool in shower. »
