'Good hotel. Clean room and clean bathroom. Fridge and AC provided. One day we had a cold shower for hours. Due to this we got a complimentary breakfast but we had to ask for it. Free public but limited parking in front of the hotel.'

'Did not get the Kingsize bed I paid for. Frontdesk charged 100KWD to my creditcard instead of making reservation of 100KWD (so I need to hope I get the difference back). Took 15m to retrieve my trolley that was only 5m away as they lack frontdesk staff. Restaurant was good with friendly staff.'

'Our stay was perfect! The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful. Other things I really liked about the hotel: Our room was spacious and clean. Our bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice and had a great side. I only have good things to say about my stay and recommend everyone to stay here. '

'We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".'

'Erg vriendelijke behulpzame en professionele medewerkers. Ons werd op het hart gedrukt dat het gehele hotel non smoking zou zijn. Niets is helaas minder waar. Zowel in naastgelegen kamers als op de gemeenschappelijke gang werd 's avonds meermalen uitgebreid gerookt en we konden niet in slaap komen door de smerige geur die door de kieren van onze kamerdeur heen drong. Wat een desillusie! Het tijdens inchecken louter benoemen dat het hotel non smoking is zonder expliciet te vermelden dat roken ten...
