'My children ages 3 and 7 had the best time, they asked several times when we were going to come back. There are so many things to do, both kids and adults will never get bored. Fishing, hiking, playgrounds, everything was great. We’ll be back again for sure. '

'This is a nice hotel. However, it feels rather dated compared to the multiple newer, looking hotels in the immediate neighborhood. The rooms need refreshing the bathrooms need updating. There is a restaurant, but the prices were a little steep, but the front desk Staff were accommodating.'

'After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice.'

'The hotel was in a quiet convenient location. Fairly well maintained. We had a sink that splashed water but a minor inconvenience. The big problem is not the hotel but its’ clientele. Guest up until 2 am loud in their rooms and just being inconsiderate. Walls are thin and next door sounds like they are sharing.'

'This place was terrific. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. Most of all we appreciated the fact that we could shuttle to the airport. For the money we couldn’t find another hotel that provided that service. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers flying in and out of Kansas City international'
