'This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!'

'二条駅からのアクセスもよく、建物もとても綺麗で良かったです。親戚と6人で利用しましたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。キッチンは1口コンロで通路がやや狭いため、複数人で料理をするのは難しいです。タオル交換やアメニティの補充も電話ですぐに対応してくれたので助かりました。'

'The location is perfect for walking and bus access anywhere oin Kyoto. The street is quiet, beautifully paved, with a canal and trees on one side, and the beautiful river walks on the other. It was the prettiest neighborhood we saw in Kyoto and we traveled all over! Kitchen is well equipped and staff highly responsive to whatever is needed, The rooms are large and quiet, the beds amazing, and super helpful desk staff 12 hrs per day. 'This is our second time staying at this place and we just love how it’s in the center of Gion district surrounded with the best food spots. We also love how close it is to shopping, nishiki market, karaoke, all the fun stuff!! The space itself is huge and the onsen is just the cherry on top after a LOOONG day of walking/exploring. It’s < 20 mins away from Kyoto station as well.'

'Lovely clean, comfortable place & well run by a friendly professional team. Slightly out of town but with a very regular bus timetable to all parts of the city & a nearby Lawsons store with an ATM & all essentials - perfect!'

'The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!! '
