'This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.'

'Very nice place to stay'

'Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.'

'Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.'

'No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple.'

'Room was clean and everything was in good condition. They only do housekeeping on a limited day schedule so it's good to be aware of that. We asked for a change of towels and that was promptly taken care of. Yes, they serve breakfast and it's the usual for these kind of places. We're not a fan but managed to find something to have. Overall, the place was good and I’d recommend it for a stay in the area, assuming you don't book under demand pricing, which can be quite high for the area.'

'Prachtig complex in zeer goede staat.
