  • Een uitnodigend vakantiehuis dat overal goed wordt gepresenteerd. Ingericht met historische elementen die een modern en eigentijds toevluchtsoord creëren, zal dit huisje zeker niet teleurstellen. Slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed uitzicht op de zeer groene gemeenschappelijke Beeston. Geniet van een wandeling in de douche na een dag vol zand en zoute zee, of de open keuken en eethoek om te entertainen en uit te schakelen.
    Begane grond: woonkamer; met Woodburner, tv en dvd-speler. Open keuken en eetkamer: met gasfornuis en elektrisch fornuis, koelkast / vriezer, wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron en een eettafel.
    Eerste verdieping: 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Doucheruimte met inloopdouche, wastafel en toilet.
    Let op: bedlinnen en handdoeken. Trappenhuis (bovenaan de trap), reiswieg (breng eigen beddengoed mee) en kinderstoel aanwezig. Charcoal BBQ beschikbaar voor uw gebruik. Wifi. Lovely little cottage opposite the common. With a parking space included. Everything we needed for a 3 night stay, and very dog friendly. Shame we didnt get tea, coffee and milk, but we took some with us. Could maybe do with a coat of paint, but would stay again

Spring week

We had a fantastic week. Cottage had everything needed for a week's break and was very comfortable. Location quiet which was great but very close to beach and shops. Pubs etc. lovely walks to Cromer and Weybourne. Dog loved holiday.

This lovely cottage overlooks Beeston Common. Within 10 minutes walk from the town and seafront, it is an ideal location.

Lovely location

Poppy Cott is a lovely place to stay. It is well furnished and equipped with a nice quiet courtyard garden and is perfectly situated for the town and the commons and heath.

Yes we enjoyed our stay in Poppy cottage a perfect location for us we did have a minor issue in the property which was quickly resolved by Keys which did not affect our stay as we still enjoyed it there

Perfect Stay

We had a fabulous winter stay - we even had some snow! The cottage is very comfortable and cosy. It was lovely and warm and welcoming when we arrived. We appreciated the wood burner and settled down to read our books and admire the views of Beeston Bump. Parking was perfect and it was very easy to walk into Sheringham. We were pleasantly surprised to see so many shops open in Sheringham at this time of year, even on a Sunday. There's lots to do in the area. We'd love to return.

Cottage in a lovely place with views over the common and the allotments and in an excellent place for walks out over the Bump to the Runtons, up over the common into the woods and into the town and the beach. Had a lovely week and walked many a mile.

Wonderful Cottage

A wonderful cottage, surprisingly spacious, in a lovely location, only a short walk from the town centre. Although the cottage is near a railway line you are more likely to be disturbed by the sound of the local wildlife than the sound of the trains! We were, however, slightly disappointed that there was no welcome pack on arrival as there has been in all the other cottages we have stayed in lately. As access to the cottage is not permitted until 1600 hrs, and following a long journey, it would have been nice to be able to have a nice cup of tea before venturing out again to fetch supplies (although there is a TESCO nearby). Highly recommended.

Really fantastic light and well positioned small house on Beesten Common.

Just the right location for us, as we know the area very well, Sheringham is a lovely place and the property is ideally located near enough to the shops and other amenities and to enjoy the seafront quite nearby, within a 10 minute easy walk. Would definitely recommend.

Poppy Cott

Poppy Cott was cosy and welcoming. The well-chosen pictures/artwork made it homely. It is in a lovely quiet location - views of the Common and Beeston Bump to the front and well-kept allotments to the back. Parking was easy. It’s an easy walk to both the sea front and the town. A great base for walking the Norfolk Coast Path.

Poppy cott is a cozy, lovely little cottage and a sweet outlook at the back of the property, over looking pretty allotments. We have stayed ther 3 times now , it holds a special place in our hearts, we just love it and the location, so close to the beach and shops. Lovely view out the front window of the bump. We will be booking again for next year.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We have stayed in this cottage several times. It is on Beeston Common and you can see the Bump from the windows. It's lovely and quiet but within easy reach of the shops. Lovely and clean and spacious. It has a small courtyard at the rear with table and chairs and use of bbq.
