'Bed bugs, smoke, window would not close, no screen, no decor on walls, bathtub stained, toilet dirty, mattress stained'

'Great hotel overall — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The only downside was kids running up and down the hallways loudly well past 10 PM. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it after complaints, which made it hard to relax and sleep. If the hotel enforced quiet hours better, this would have been a near perfect stay.'

'Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....

'Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. It’s a little run down in some areas, but the room was clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good with enough options to get the day started. One big thing to note, avoid getting a room near the vacation club area if you want to sleep. It was very loud and hard to relax. That said, the girl at the front desk handled the situation well and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. Not a perfect stay, but the staff definitely...

'The hotel in appearance was nice. It had a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym. Sadly the towels in the pool area were not getting refreshed at times. My room 324 did not have a working AC so I had to move to a different room. Front staff was not rude just not accommodating. Overall it was an okay stay. '

'The staff seem to polite until I brought up the point that they had cockroaches and then they became rude and disrespectful and thought it was funny that I even brought it up and complained. They refuse to give me the money for my remaining stay. So I lost money because there's no way I was going to live in there with cockroaches and rude staff that wouldn't do anything about it.'
