« Parking was in the back of the property. It was easy to get into the house with the code. Our room was upstairs and we had no problem getting into our room. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade. We were able to walk down to some shops and get a bite to eat. »

« The property was beautiful and unique. I loved the high ceilings and the large rooms. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, hair covered the floor and the shower. When showering the “entire” bathroom floor is soaked. You must wear shower shoes to use the toilet after a shower. Towels were limited and no reception to accommodate those needs. »

« I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. « everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. « Great little property close to the beach - reasonable rates, in walking distance to many things in the downtown OS area. Mini gym and one laundry/vending on site. Basic breakfast and coffee options, which were nice. A kerfuffle occurred at the main street connecting to 90/Bienville one night, as this is located at the over/under pass to Biloxi, but we did not hear a peep of the commotion and have stayed many other times at length........would still recommend. »

« Tv didn’t work we left to give them time to fix it came back two hours later still wasn’t fixed came back to try to fix it still didn’t work looked like a dog chewed the chair arm up. They finally changed our room at like 9:30pm so we didn’t get to relax and enjoy our room. It was terrible. »

« Walking in overall it looked like a clean room. But once I started using the shower, towels had hair on them. Getting into bed I had to use a sleeping bag to sleep over it because there was hair on the bed. Please do a better job at making sure the towels and bedding don't show previously used guests. »

« The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it. »
