'Room was dirty and in disrepair. Furniture was torn and stained -- one chair has a cigarette burn hole in it. The room smelled stale and musty it used to be a smoking room that hasn't been properly remediated. Hairs from previous guests were found on the bathroom and on the toilet. Certainly not worth $180/night. Arguably an $80/night motel.'

'Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again'

'The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt.'

'We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice'

'Everything was perfect the only bad thing was the A/C didn’t work properly keeps turning off and it was impossible to keep that room in temperature wasn’t good at all other then that it was good.'

'We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.'

'Bed sheet had brown splatter stains. White towels were grey looking. Dead bolt on door was broken like the door had been kicked in. Room looks like it's had updates but the door was rough looking. TV worked sporadically. It was overall a super sketchy looking place. Staff was nice though. Rather overpriced for the quality of the place and the poor quality of bedding and towels, only bathroom items was 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo, not sure there was kleenex either, maybe roll of toilet paper....

'Nice place for an overnight. Splash Harbor is a small pool and splash pad area but very nice. Pool has algae growing on the bottom edges. Bathroom in the pool area was very dirty and no Mat on the floor so very slippery. The room was standard. Carpet was very old and worn and musty smelling. Front desk folks seemed a in knowledgeable and overwhelmed. The breakfast was good and the lady that hosted that was fantastic.'

'I found the Wingate Mansfield fine. It wasn’t comfortable, but it wasn’t uncomfortable on the plus side. The staff is very friendly. The property is clean. It looks nice. Our room was quiet. We got a good night sleep. The bathroom great and a good size. We had a bath stool in the bathroom that was literally the best seat in the room. The only seat for me to put on socks & shoes and wait for my roommate to finish getting ready since I didn’t want to climb up on the tall beds or roll over his bed...
